本文对52例原发性高血压进行超声分组,分析了其对左室形态和功能的影响。结果表明,对左室肥厚的诊断,超声心动图较心电图和X线敏感。其中心肌肥厚比值是一项有意义的指标。高血压病左室肥厚扩张阶段潜在有心肌收缩力减弱。
In this paper, 52 cases of essential hypertension were sonicated and their effects on left ventricular morphology and function were analyzed. The results show that the diagnosis of left ventricular hypertrophy, echocardiography compared with ECG and X-ray sensitivity. The ratio of myocardial hypertrophy is a meaningful indicator. Left ventricular hypertrophy hypertensive left ventricular hypertrophy potential myocardial contractility weakened.
