目的:探讨运用“先学后教-当堂训练”法教学效果,以提高生物化学检验技术教学质量。方法:选取阳江市卫生学校2个不同级别的检验专业班学生进行试验,2010级实验班以“先学后教-当堂训练”法进行教学,以开始实施“先学后教-当堂训练”之前的2009级为对照组;2组分别进行问卷调查和学生学业评价。结果:对实验班和对照班的理论考试和技能考核成绩进行统计学比较处理,实验班理论考试和技能考核成绩明显高于对照班(显著性水平P<0.01)。结论:“先学后教-当堂训练”法比传统教学法更能激发学生的学习兴趣,对提高生物化学检验技术教学质量确有实效。
Objective: To explore the teaching effect of using the method of “before school and after class training” to improve the teaching quality of biochemical test technique. Methods: Two different levels of test majors in Yangjiang School of Health were selected for experiment. The 2010 experimental class was taught by the method of “ When the church training ”before 2009 as the control group; two groups were conducted a questionnaire survey and student academic evaluation. Results: The theoretical test and skill test scores of experimental class and control class were compared statistically. The scores of theory class test and skill test in experimental class were significantly higher than those in control class (P <0.01). Conclusion: “The first to teach - training in the church ” law than the traditional teaching method can stimulate students’ interest in learning, to improve the quality of biochemical test technology teaching is effective.
