1991年8月17日,根据舞阳县医药公司销售利福平胶囊等5种假药的违法事实,我局依法向舞阳县医药公司下达了行政处罚通知:(一)没收尚未销售出的利福平胶囊等5种假药(已销毁).(二)没收销售利福平胶囊等5种假药的非法所得7617元.(三)处以销售利福平胶囊等5种假药所冒充正品价格的3倍罚款22851元.
