一、前言实践证明,提高工业炉窑热效率的主要途径是采用先进的能量转换装置和理想的燃烧装置。本课题研究的高温预热装置是将燃烧器与理想的小型碳化硅换热器有机地组合在一起,它直接用于高温炉窑而勿须稀释烟气,具有燃烧速度高,空气预热温度可达500℃以上;并结构紧凑,体积小,单位体积换热面积大等优点。本课题系机械工业部1986年6月下达给我院的“七五”开发项目之一。
First, the preamble Practice has proved that the main way to improve the thermal efficiency of industrial furnaces is the use of advanced energy conversion devices and the ideal combustion device. The subject of the Ministry of Machinery Industry issued in June 1986 to our hospital, “Seventh Five-Year” development projects.
