7月19日,按照财政部党组的统一部署,财政部副部长刘昆带队赴杭州,就全国人大代表林燚在第十二届全国人大一次会议期间提交的《关于完善政府采购工作的建议》办理情况与代表进行当面沟通、交流。这件建议被列为国库司2013年唯一一件人大重点承办建议,国库司(政府采购管理办公室)高度重视,积极与国务院法制办等相关部门进行沟通,征求意见,保证了答复的质量。座谈会由财政部政府采购管理办公室主任王瑛主持,邀请王挺革、葛明华等全国人大代表,浙江省人大财经委副主任
