目的从1株来源于柳珊瑚的真菌Scopulariopsis sp.中分离获得1种新萜类二氢喹啉酮生物碱scopuquinolone A(1)。方法新化合物1的结构确定是通过广泛的波谱数据,包括二维核磁和高分辨质谱。1的绝对构型是通过CD以及计算旋光结合实验数据得以确定的。结果化合物1鉴定为1种新萜类二氢喹啉酮生物碱。结论中国南海柳珊瑚来源的真菌是产生结构新颖、活性显著的次级代谢产物的重要来源。这是首次从Scopulariopsis属真菌中分离获得新的萜类二氢喹啉酮生物碱。
Aim To scopuquinolone A (1), a new terpenoid dihydroquinolinone alkaloid, was isolated from a strain of Scopulariopsis sp. Methods The structure of new compound 1 was determined by a wide range of spectral data, including two-dimensional nuclear magnetic resonance and high-resolution mass spectrometry. The absolute configuration of 1 is determined by the CD and the experimental data of the combined polarimetry. Results Compound 1 was identified as a new terpenoid dihydroquinolinone alkaloid. Conclusion The fungi from Salix psammophila in the South China Sea are important sources of secondary metabolites with novel structures and significant activities. This is the first time that new terpenoid dihydroquinolinone alkaloids have been isolated from the genus Scopulariopsis.
