通过观察回心草防治兔食饵性动脉粥样硬化的作用,表明回心草具有明显降低高脂血症兔血清TC和LDL水平及TC/HDL比值,使粥样斑块面积明显减少,回心草治疗组斑块面积为57.70±19.89％,对照组为75.44±14.00％(P<0.05)。实验结果提示回心草具有明显降血脂及抗动脉粥样硬化作用。
By observing the effect of R. officinalis on preventing atherosclerosis in rabbits, it was shown that R. officinalis can significantly reduce serum TC and LDL levels and TC/HDL ratio in rabbits with hyperlipidemia, resulting in a marked decrease in atheromatous plaque area. The area of plaque in the herb treatment group was 57.70±19.89%, and that in the control group was 75.44±14.00% (P<0.05). The experimental results suggest that R. officinalis has significant hypolipidemic and anti-atherosclerotic effects.
