煤炭资源是我国强大的能源动力。在市场经济中,优胜略汰是企业成长的基本规律。纵观现代经济发展史,一个很明显的现象就是大型企业的发展途径都会采取并购的方式,尤其是横向并购。对于煤炭企业来讲,进行横向并购的目的是十分明确的,即扩大经营规模,追求规模效应并改善企业的绩效。
Coal resources are a powerful source of energy for our country. In the market economy, winning out is the basic law of business growth. Throughout the history of modern economic development, one obvious phenomenon is that the development path of large enterprises will take the way of mergers and acquisitions, especially horizontal mergers and acquisitions. For coal enterprises, the purpose of horizontal mergers and acquisitions is very clear, that is, to expand the scale of operations, the pursuit of economies of scale and improve the performance of enterprises.
