DNA甲基化介导的表观遗传修饰是一种重要的基因表达和调控方式,在胚胎发育、肿瘤的发生及其它疾病中发挥重要作用,近年研究发现DNA甲基化引起的相关基因异常表达对子宫内膜异位症发生发展有着重要影响。本文回顾相关基因异常甲基化与子宫内膜异位症发生、诊断、治疗及预后判断的关系,进一步探讨在子宫内膜异位症发病机制中相关基因异常甲基化的作用,并推断DNA甲基化可以成为EMs有效的诊断标记物。
