本实验用测定小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能和溶菌酶活力的方法,重点观察了急性弓形虫感染小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞功能的变化。结果显示感染早期的小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的溶菌酶活力和吞噬功能均明显增加,提示在急性弓形虫病早期,巨噬细胞的非特异功能是增强的。
In this experiment, we measured the phagocytic function and lysozyme activity of peritoneal macrophages in mice and focused on the changes of peritoneal macrophage function in mice infected with Toxoplasma gondii. The results showed that lysozyme activity and phagocytosis of mouse peritoneal macrophages were significantly increased in the early stage of infection, suggesting that the nonspecific function of macrophages is enhanced early in acute toxoplasmosis.
