The 9th Plenary Session of the Fourth Committee of the Communist Party of China Chongqing Municipality was held from September 5 to 6, 2016. The plenary session of the study and deployment of the city to speed up the implementation of innovation-driven development strategy, considered and adopted “on deepening reform and opening up accelerate the implementation of innovation-driven development strategy,” further unified understanding of the ideology, a clear task on the moon, a firm confidence determination.
