【智库观察】农村电商,作为“三农”发展新动力,正在被寄予厚望,今年的一号文件首次将农村电商单独列出。国办最近印发的《关于加快发展冷链物流保障食品安全促进消费升级的意见》,聚焦农产品产地“最先一公里”问题,为农村物流发展指明方向。各地要结合中央文件,把发展农村电子商务作为推进农业供给侧改革的重要举措,加快推进农村电子商务全覆盖。
【Observation by Think Tanks】 As a new impetus to the development of “agriculture, rural areas and farmers”, rural e-commerce is being placed high hopes. This year’s No. 1 paper lists the rural e-commerce businesses for the first time alone. Recently issued by the State Council, “Opinions on Accelerating the Development of Cold Chain Logistics to Ensure Food Safety and Promoting Consumption Upgrade” focused on the issue of farm produce originating from the “first kilometer,” so as to point out the direction for rural logistics development. All localities should combine the central documents and take the development of rural e-commerce as an important measure to promote the reform of the agricultural supply-side and accelerate the full coverage of rural e-commerce.
