本文采用ＥＬＩＳＡ方法研究了１７β-雌二醇对ＩＦＮ-γ诱导的人外周血单个核细胞表达ＨＬＡ-ＤＲ抗原的影响。结果表明，经雌激素预处理的人单个核细胞对ＩＦＮ-γ反应引起的ＤＲ抗原表达．在低浓度时有明显的上调作用。结果提示女性内源性雌激素可能参与抗感染免疫和自身免疫性疾病。
In this paper, the effect of 17β-estradiol on IFN-γ-induced HLA-DR antigen expression in human peripheral blood mononuclear cells was studied by ELISA. The results show that the DR antigen expression induced by IFN-γ by human mononuclear cells pre-treated with estrogen. Significant up-regulation at low concentrations. The results suggest that female endogenous estrogen may be involved in anti-infective and autoimmune diseases.
