随着网络的发展和用户对网上信息资源利用意识的增强,国内外众多图书馆和信息机构相继开始为用户提供数字参考咨询服务,历经了从传统参考咨询向数字化、网络化参考咨询的转变。但是,数字参考咨询的本质并没有变,图书馆员和用户之间的交互仍然是数字参考咨询的核心。
With the development of the Internet and the increasing awareness of users on the utilization of online information resources, many domestic and foreign libraries and information agencies have started to provide users with digital reference services, which have gone through the transformation from traditional reference services to digital and networked reference services. However, the nature of digital reference counseling has not changed and the interaction between librarians and users remains at the heart of digital reference counseling.
