班主任工作甜酸苦辣咸,五味俱全。我由30多年的工作生涯感觉道:甜是占主要的。因为拥有一颗诚心,工作起来幸福欢欣。通常我把这颗诚心分为孝心、爱心、童心。一、孝心孝心就是让学生怀着一颗感恩的心去学习,去生活,去成长。我每天布置的家庭作业首先是给家长洗脚,为什么呢?洗脚能使学生观察到家长的双脚一天比一天干枯,为了生活双脚磨出厚厚的硬茧,观察到勤劳辛酸的皱纹一条条刻满家长的脸庞,从而懂得好好学习,掌握本领,将来孝敬家长,报效国家。
Head teacher work sweet and sour and salty, flavors. I feel more than 30 years of working life: sweet is the main. Because of having a sincerity, working happy joy. Usually I put this sincerity into filial piety, love, innocence. First, filial filial piety is to allow students with a grateful heart to learn, to life, to grow. My daily homework assignments first give parents to wash their feet, why? Wash your feet can make students observe the parents’ feet dry day by day, in order to live a thick hard cocoon feet, observe the hard-working bitter wrinkles One by one carved the face of parents, so as to understand well study, master skills, parents in the future to serve the country.
