“Wang newspaper” was founded in August 11, 2008. This period marked the trough of paper-making development in Taiwan and a period of major changes in the relations across the Taiwan Strait. High-level interaction and contacts between the two sides of the Taiwan Strait were frequent and initial mutual trust was established. Interruption of the negotiation between the two associations over the past decade was resumed and a series of favorable Economic cooperation between the two sides of the Strait Economic Cooperation and personnel exchanges
