After the outbreak of the comprehensive war of aggression against China, Japan’s fascist decision-makers once had a dispute over the “nationals” launching the Pacific War and the “Northern Progress” attacking Siberia and forcing the Soviet Union to surrender to the two national strategies for expansion. In 1937, Fascist Germany, Italy, and Japan signed the “Anti-Communist International Agreement”, which made people believe that Japan will cooperate with Germany in attacking the Soviet Union. But in the end, why did Japan choose to go south and launch the Pacific War? I think there are several reasons.
