以两个玉米自交系 (Mo17、 4 78)种子为试材 ,通过人工加速老化的方法 ,进行了种子老化过程中活力变化与生理特性的研究。结果表明 :(5 8℃± 1℃ )热水处理玉米种子的发芽指标和活力指标均随老化时间的延长而降低。电导率、MDA随种子老化程度的加剧而升高。并和各发芽指标、活力指标呈显著的负相关。脱氢酶、淀粉酶与各发芽指标呈显著正相关。老化种子萌发 1天的种子胚酯酶同工酶比芽期酶带丰富、清晰。Mo17种子有 3条酶带 (Rf值为0 .4 4、 0 .77、 0 .80 )在老化 30分钟时消失。 4 78在靠近正极 Rf值为 0 .72、 0 .78的两条弱带在老化 2 5分钟时消失。
The seeds of two maize inbred lines (Mo17, 4 78) were used as experimental materials to study the changes of vigor and physiological characteristics during the aging process of the seeds by means of artificial accelerated aging. The results showed that: (5 8 ℃ ± 1 ℃) hot water treatment of corn germination indicators and vitality indicators are decreased with the extension of aging time. Conductivity and MDA increased with the aging of seeds. And with the germination indicators, vitality index was significantly negatively correlated. Dehydrogenase, amylase and germination indicators were significantly correlated. Seed embryo germination 1 day seed embryo esterase isozyme than bud stage with rich and clear. Three bands of Mo17 seeds (Rf 0.44, 0.77, 0.80) disappeared at 30 minutes of aging. 4 78 The two weak bands near the positive Rf value of 0.72, 0.78 disappear after 25 minutes of aging.
