目的 :了解医院临床分离常见病原菌中革兰阴性杆菌对哌拉西林 /他唑巴坦体外抗菌活性。方法 :采用K -B法测定哌拉西林 /他唑巴坦及另外 19种抗生素 (另有文章详细论述[1] )的药敏试验。结果 :197株革兰阴性杆菌对哌拉西林 /他唑巴坦总的敏感率 74 % ,中介率 15% ,耐药率 11% ,对哌拉西林敏感率 2 5% ,中介率 9% ,耐药率 6 6 % ,其中有 4 7%是高耐株抑菌圈为 6mm ,对头孢他啶的敏感率为 78% ,亚胺培南敏感率为 87% ,主要产超广谱 β -内酰胺酶 (ESBLs)的大肠埃希菌 ,肺炎克雷伯菌对哌拉西林 /他唑巴坦敏感率分别 82 %、76 % ,铜绿假单胞菌敏感率为78%。结论 :哌拉西林 /他唑巴坦对革兰阴性菌体外抗菌活性优于哌拉西林、头孢哌酮 /舒巴坦、替卡西林 /克拉维酸、阿莫西林 /克拉维酸、氨苄西林 /舒巴坦 ,与头孢他啶和丁胺卡那霉素的敏感率相似 ,对主要产ESBLs的大肠埃希菌 ,肺炎克雷伯菌 ,敏感率较高 ,但不及亚胺培南
Objective: To understand the in vitro antibacterial activity of Gram-negative bacilli against piperacillin / tazobactam in clinical isolates of common clinical isolates from hospitals. Methods: The antibiotic susceptibility test of piperacillin / tazobactam and another 19 antibiotics (discussed in more detail in the article [1]) was performed using K-B method. Results: The total susceptibility of piperacillin / tazobactam to 197 gram-negative bacilli was 74%, the mediation rate was 15%, the drug resistance rate was 11%, the sensitivity rate to piperacillin was 25%, the mediation rate was 9% Resistance rate of 6 6%, of which 47% of the high-strain inhibition zone was 6mm, the sensitivity rate of ceftazidime 78%, imipenem-sensitive rate of 87%, the main production of extended-spectrum β-lactam The sensitivity of Escherichia coli and Klebsiella pneumoniae to piperacillin / tazobactam was 82% and 76%, respectively, and the sensitivity of Pseudomonas aeruginosa was 78%. CONCLUSION: The antibacterial activity of piperacillin / tazobactam against gram-negative bacteria is better than that of piperacillin, cefoperazone / sulbactam, ticarcillin / clavulanic acid, amoxicillin / clavulanic acid, Xilin / sulbactam, and ceftazidime and amikacin susceptibility rate of similar, the main ESBLs-producing Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae, a higher sensitivity, but less than imipenem
