2013年习近平总书记从实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦高度提出共建“丝绸之路经济带”和“21世纪海上丝绸之路”的伟大战略构想。本文从新战略格局下金融支持丝路支点建设的重大意义出发,结合宁夏实际,总结提炼金融支持丝绸之路经济带建设的基本思路,并在此基础上提出相关政策建议。
In 2013, General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed from the perspective of realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation a great strategic concept of building a “Silk Road Economic Belt” and a “21st Century Maritime Silk Road.” Based on the great significance of the fulcrum of the financial support Silk Road under the new strategic pattern, the article summarizes the basic ideas of refining the financial support for the Silk Road Economic Belt based on the reality of Ningxia, and on this basis, puts forward relevant policy suggestions.
