随着煤炭企业改革的不断深入,企业管理工作取得了突飞猛进的发展,特别是随着“科教兴煤”战略的实施,煤炭行业的生产机械化水平不断提高,科学技术在煤炭企业安全、生产和经营的地位日益重要。如何搞好企业培训工作,不断提高企业职工的综合素质,使之更好地适应企业的发展、服务于矿山,是目前企业面临的一项重要的课题。本文针对近年来企业教育培训工作的现状,就如何搞好企业内培工作,不断提高内培质量,增强内培效果,使之更好地服务于企业的生产经营工作,发表一些见解,以期能够对企业的培训工作有所帮助。
