The results show that: (1) There is a good positive correlation between the equatorial Pacific SST anomalies and the equatorial cloud cover anomalies in the eastern Pacific Ocean, Pacific equatorial cloud cover has a very good negative correlation. Therefore, there should be two anomalous circumflex waves over the equatorial Pacific. (2) There is a coupled oscillation with a period of 34-38 months in the cloud and SST, and we propose a cloud-radiation-SST mechanism for explanation. (3) During the first 12 months to the next 6 months of the East Pacific warm sea month, the eastern Pacific equatorial cloud cover is anomalously negative (ie, less than normal), indicating that the atmosphere may affect the oceans during this period as well That is, the Walker circulation affects the variation of sea temperature, but not the SST affects the Walker circulation. SST and Walker circulation interact with each other and this interaction forms a coupled oscillation between atmosphere and ocean. (4) The SST in the East Pacific, the Central Pacific Ocean and the Western and Central Pacific Ocean have good correlations with the Northern Hemisphere.
