教育部副部长鲁昕最近指出,推动城镇化建设,改变城乡二元结构,解决“三农”问题,是实现我国现代化建设目标的必然选择。解决“三农”问题,需要大力发展农业中等职业教育。今后一个时期,一是继续完善和落实中等职业学校学生资助政策体系和免费政策。二是加强县级职教中心建设。三是继续加强“三教”统筹、“农科教”结合,强化各类职业教育资源的统筹协调和综合利用,广泛开展农民工培训、农村实用技术培训和农村劳动力转移培训。本期特别推出了辽宁省、河北省、湖北省和广东省大力发展农村职业教育、努力提高服务县域经济和社会发展能力的经验。
Vice Minister of Education Lu Xin pointed out recently that promoting urbanization, changing the dual structure of urban and rural areas and resolving the issue of “three agricultural issues” are the necessary choices for realizing the goal of our country’s modernization. To solve the issue of “agriculture, rural areas and farmers”, we need to vigorously develop agricultural secondary vocational education. In the coming period, first, we will continue to improve and implement the secondary vocational school student funding policy system and free policies. The second is to strengthen the county-level vocational education center. Thirdly, we should continue to strengthen the integration of “three religions” and “agricultural science and education” and strengthen the overall coordination and comprehensive utilization of vocational education resources of all kinds. Extensive training on migrant workers, practical technical training in rural areas and rural labor transfer training are also carried out. In this issue, we have introduced Liaoning Province, Hebei Province, Hubei Province and Guangdong Province vigorously developing rural vocational education and making efforts to improve our ability to serve the county’s economy and social development.
