异搏停治疗高血压急症30例太原化肥厂医院(030021)高东来山西省纺织科学研究所卫生所卢玉卿本文对30例高血压急症静脉应用异搏停,现将结果报告如下。材料和方法高血压急症30例,其中男18例,女12例。年龄30~81岁(平均58岁)。均为住院及急诊室观察者,在高血压病的基础上,收缩压≥26.7kPa及(或)舒张压≥16kPa,心率≥60次/分,无心力衰竭及传导阻滞。合并高血压危像12例,高血压脑病6例,用药观察前24小时内均未用其它降压药物。患者平卧5分钟后,采用袖带式血压计测定右肪动脉血压,同时测定心率,做心电图。将异搏停5~10mg加入10%葡萄糖液10ml中3~5分钟静注完毕,继以0.25~0.3mg/分维持静脉点滴100分钟。在用药后即刻和用药后5、10、15、30、60、120分钟分别测量血压、心率,并进行临床观察。10例血压监测达24小时。结果静注异搏停1分钟时血压显著下降,5~10分钟血压进降低,20分钟时血压轻度回升,持续静点100分钟血压持续降低。静点异搏停1时后平均血压由用药前27.9±2.4/16.4±1.2kPa降至23.8±2.2/12.8±1.6kPa。收缩压下降最大幅度为8.7
