独山子油矿是旧中国新疆省政府与苏联政府以口头协议形式联合经营的企业。1933年4月,盛世才攫取新疆军政大权后,施行“反帝、亲苏、和平、民平、清廉、建设”六大政策,于1935年请苏联政府派科学考察团到独山子进行石油勘查。1936年10月17日,新疆省政府和苏联政府合作创办了独山子炼油厂(苏方称独山子石油康滨纳,即独山子石油联合公司),引进苏联的技术与设备,开始采炼独山子的石油,一时独山子油矿发展迅速,成为中国近代史上的三大油矿之一。
Dushanzi Oil Mine is a joint venture between the old Chinese government of Xinjiang Province and the Soviet government in the form of verbal agreement. In April 1933, after Sheng captured the military and political power in Xinjiang, he implemented the six major policies of “opposing imperialism, pro-Soviet, peace, civil equality, cleanliness and building”. In 1935, he asked the Soviet government to send a scientific delegation to Dushanzi for oil exploration . On October 17, 1936, the Xinjiang provincial government and the Soviet government co-founded the Dushanzi refinery (the Soviet Union said Dushanzi Conbener, the Dushanzi Oil United Company), introduced the technology and equipment of the Soviet Union, The oil in Shanzi and the Dushanzi oilfield in a moment of rapid development have become one of the three major oil mines in the modern history of China.
