一、试验目的及主要任务随着四化建设与工农业生产的深入发展,对水资源的需求提出了新的要求。特别是近年来在开展水资源调查和水利区划;水利水电工程的规划设计和对己建工程的“三查三定”;改造低产田中的水利规划;水库运行管理计划;工农业和航运用水的供需平衡计算等工作中,均碰到一个共同的问题,就是缺乏农业用水实测资料。而农业用水的大头又是水稻需水量,所以进行水稻需水量试验研究就显得十分必要。本试验的目的也就是为上述工作提供科学数据。
