中国大学生篮球超级联赛不仅对大学生球员的竞技能力有更高的要求,对球员平时在校的文化课学习也非常重视。然而,参加联赛的大学生球员由于平时训练任务重,加之联赛赛制要求主客场参赛等原因,加重了大学生球员平时的文化课学习压力。为促进球员在校内接受文化教育现状的改善,提高球员文化学习质量,采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法和数理统计法,从球员入学前知识储备、联赛赛制和训练、文化课学习补救措施等方面入手,对球员文化教育的影响因素进行分析并提出相应对策。研究结论:1)球员入学前文化储备较低是影响球员大学文化课学习的主观因素;2)繁重的训练和比赛任务,以及缺乏有效的补课机制是影响球员文化课学习的客观因素。建议:1)应着力改善球员入学前的知识储备状况,或者保证入学后总的学习时间;2)建立健全球员补课机制;3)发挥教练员的作用,挖掘运动员的主体积极性,督促球员重视文化课学习。

The conclusions are as follows: 1) The low pre-admission cultural reserve of players is the subjective factor that affects college students’ cultural studies; 2) the heavy training and competition tasks and the lack of effective remedial mechanism are the objective factors that influence the study of players’culture. Suggestions: 1) We should try our best to improve the knowledge reserve of pre-admission students, or ensure the total study time after admission. 2) Establish and improve the remedial mechanism of players. 3) Play the role of coaches, excavate the main motivation of athletes and urge players to attach importance to culture Study.
