一般水利枢纽设计中 ,往往只注意洪水过坝的有关安全泄洪能力和流态等问题。通过对石门工程在发生大洪水 (主要是“81 8”洪水 )时带来的一系列次生问题 ,如坝前库面树木封塞、淤积加速、进水口淤堵、泄洪震动影响、电站尾水渠淤积和坝下游橡胶坝的破坏等问题的研究 ,认为设计中应结合具体情况 ,研究是否有可能发生洪水次生问题 ,以及采取必要的防范措施。
In general, the design of the water conservancy hub often only focuses on issues related to safe flood discharge capacity and flow pattern of the flood dam.
