近年来,我国总体经济社会形势保持着良好的发展势头,但是就业问题仍然十分严峻。前几年下岗工人的问题刚刚得到缓解,大学生就业难就成了新问题;先是大专、后是本科,现在连研究生也涉及到了。至于农民工进城不易,农村劳动力转移更难的现象更是比比皆是。这一问题不仅引起了全社会的普遍关注,也受到了党和国家的高度重视,是建设和谐社会的重大问题。本文就此谈些认识,并对上海就业政策阶段重点提出一点看法。
In recent years, the overall economic and social situation in our country has maintained a good momentum of development. However, the employment issue is still very serious. The problem of laid-off workers just a few years ago has just been alleviated, and the difficulty of finding employment for college students has become a new problem. First, tertiary education is followed by undergraduate education. Now even graduate students are involved. As migrant workers are hard pressed to work in the cities, the transfer of rural labors is harder than ever. This issue not only aroused the widespread concern of the whole society, but also received the great attention of the party and the state and was a major issue in building a harmonious society. This article talks about some of this, and puts forward some opinions on the key points of Shanghai’s employment policy.
