[目的]调查赣州市区成人糖尿病患病率及调查分析糖尿病相关危险因素。[方法]分层随机抽样共约3000名赣州市居民,进行问卷调查并测空腹血糖、糖耐量试验、身高、体重、腰围、臀围、血压等。[结果]糖尿病总患病率为4.75%,男女分别为5.09%和4.31%,患病率随年龄增长而上升。[结论]研究表明血脂异常、高血压、肥胖、糖尿病家族史是糖尿病的重要危险因素,提示对糖尿病的预防应采取综合干预措施。
[Objective] To investigate the prevalence of diabetes in Ganzhou urban area and investigate the risk factors related to diabetes. [Method] A total of about 3000 Ganzhou residents were stratified by random sampling. Questionnaires were made and fasting blood glucose, glucose tolerance test, height, weight, waist circumference, hip circumference and blood pressure were measured. [Results] The total prevalence of diabetes was 4.75%, 5.09% and 4.31% for men and women, respectively. The prevalence rose with age. [Conclusion] The study shows that dyslipidemia, hypertension, obesity and family history of diabetes are important risk factors of diabetes mellitus, suggesting that the prevention of diabetes should be taken comprehensive interventions.
