在经济新常态下,经济转型和产业升级对人才提出了新的要求,高等教育急需进行供给侧结构性改革,全面提升人才培养的质量。高校应把加强“双创”教育作为深化人才培养供给侧改革的切入点,改变观念,提高认识,同时要把握好“六个关键”。
Under the new economic normal, economic restructuring and industrial upgrading have put forth new demands on qualified personnel. Higher education urgently needs to carry out supply-side structural reforms and comprehensively enhance the quality of personnel training. Colleges and universities should take strengthening education of “double creation” as the entry point for deepening supply-side reform of personnel training, changing concepts and raising awareness, and at the same time, we must take a good grasp of the “six key issues”.
