尿道综合征是女性常见疾病,临床表现反复发作的膀胱刺激症状,多数患者尿常规检查正常。我院自1977～1986年行外科手术治疗36例,治疗效果满意,报导如下: 临床资料本组36例,年龄23～42岁,平均34.2岁。2例未婚。病程O.5～20年,临床表现:36例均有不同程度的尿频、尿急、尿痛或尿道烧灼感,严重者尿频每日达20～30次,尿量少,伴有腹痛。发病急,反复发作,药物治疗可暂时缓解症状,但不能防止复发。发病诱因常与性生活、行经、
