近几年来符合建筑节能要求的多层住宅,采用烧结非黏土P型多孔砖外墙外保温的较多。文中以10,000m2的多层住宅为例,将其几种墙体处理方案的技术经济指标进行比较,结果显示,采用250mm厚B06级多孔硅酸盐砌块,作为多层住宅的墙体新材料,其经济效益和社会效益优于其他墙体材料。
In recent years, in line with the requirements of building energy efficiency of multi-storey residential, non-sintered sintered P-type porous brick exterior insulation more. Taking the multi-storey house of 10,000 m2 as an example, the technical and economic indexes of several kinds of wall treatment solutions are compared. The results show that the 250 mm thick B06 porous silicate block is used as the new wall material for multi-storey residential buildings , Its economic and social benefits superior to other wall materials.
