乙型肝炎疫苗接种已被广泛应用,其副作用极少见。在20多万人中,仅有6人发生严重副作用。本文首次报告1例由接种乙型肝炎疫苗后发生双眼急性后部葡萄膜炎。病人为20岁的女性,在接种乙型肝炎疫苗过程中二次发病。首次发病在第2次疫苗补充接种后第3天,另一次发病在第3次疫苗接种后第4天。每次发病均表现为双眼视物模糊、头痛及畏光。眼科检查诊断为双眼急性后部葡萄膜炎。在发病期间,对病人进行了多次多项物理及实验室检查,所得结果排除了感染及
Hepatitis B vaccination has been widely used, its side effects are rare. Of the more than 200,000 people, only 6 have serious side effects. This is the first report of a case of acute posterior uveitis in a patient who developed hepatitis B vaccine. The patient is a 20-year-old woman with a second incidence of hepatitis B vaccine. The first incidence was on day 3 after the second vaccine regimen and the other on day 4 after the third vaccination. Each incidence showed binocular vision blurred, headache and photophobia.
