建筑工程的质量取决于建筑材料的质量的优劣,而建筑工程建设质量安全很大程度上取决于建筑材料质量的好坏。建筑材料是指在建筑工程建设中所需要的建筑资料和设备等必备的物资。对建筑材料的质量安全进行有效的监管和督察是通过建筑材料检测来实施的,为建筑工程建设提供安全可靠的质量保障,规避建筑工程中因建筑材料不合格带来的安全隐患问题。
