目的:探究分析阿托伐他汀与曲美他嗪联合治疗冠心病的疗效。方法:将我院2014年1月至2015年1月收治的72例冠心病患者,随机分成两个组,一组为联合用药组(n=36,联合使用阿托伐汀和曲美他嗪治疗),另一组为单独用药组(n=36,使用曲美他嗪治疗)。结果:联合用药组总有效率为94.44%,比单独用药组的77.78%高(P<0.05);两组患者均没有发生药物引起的严重不良反应症状(P>0.05)。结论:对冠心病患者联合使用阿托伐汀和曲美他嗪两种药物治疗效果理想,不良反应症状少,推荐使用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of atorvastatin combined with trimetazidine in the treatment of coronary heart disease. Methods: Seventy-two patients with coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015 were randomly divided into two groups: one group, combination group (n = 36, combination of atorvastatin and trimetazidine Treatment) and the other group was given alone (n = 36, treated with trimetazidine). Results: The total effective rate of combination group was 94.44%, which was higher than that of 77.78% (P <0.05). The two groups had no symptoms of severe adverse drug reactions (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The combined treatment of patients with coronary heart disease with atorvastatin and trimetazidine two drugs ideal results, fewer adverse reactions, it is recommended.
