采用环磷酰胺造成兔疫抑制模型,观察本教研室自备的冬寒菜粉(MalvaCrispaPowder,MCP)对正常小鼠NK细胞活性、巨噬细胞吞噬功能和免疫器官重量的影响。结果表明:冬寒菜粉各剂量组NK细胞活性率显著高于对照组,而吞噬指数和吞噬百分率水平与对照组无差异;2.5%MCP组能提高脾脏重量。因此,冬寒菜粉可提高正常小鼠NK细胞活性,而对其无免疫抑制作用。
The cyclophosphamide-induced suppression model was used to observe the effect of MalvaCrispaPowder (MCP) on NK cell activity, macrophage phagocytosis and immune organ weight in normal mice. The results showed that the activity of NK cells in each group was significantly higher than that in the control group, while the phagocytic index and phagocytic percentage did not differ from those in the control group. 2.5% MCP increased the weight of the spleen. Therefore, winter cold powder can improve the activity of normal mouse NK cells, but no immunosuppressive effect.
