针对起重机产品设计研发现状,介绍了起重机动力传动系统的研究内容与发展方向,以及CAE技术的应用。重点阐述了有限元设计分析、热平衡分析技术、动力学分析研究三大部分,并对某起重机进行研究分析。应用CAE研究技术,不仅为产品的设计研发提供依据,缩短产品研发周期,而且提高产品优化设计水平及工作可靠性。
In view of the status of research and development of crane product design, the research content and development direction of crane power transmission system and the application of CAE technology are introduced. The three parts of the finite element design analysis, the thermal balance analysis technology and the dynamic analysis and analysis are expatiated emphatically, and a crane is analyzed and researched. Application of CAE research technology, not only for the product design and development to provide the basis to shorten the product development cycle, but also improve product design level and work reliability.
