当前我国税负不高,但是政府收入偏高。要解决这个问题,不是简单减税,而应该是税制结构的不断优化。
At present, China’s tax burden is not high, but its revenue is high. To solve this problem, it is not a simple tax reduction but a continuous optimization of the tax structure.
