晋安监职监字[2013]11号各市安全生产监督管理局,有关企业:为深入贯彻落实《中华人民共和国职业病防治法》、《用人单位职业健康监护监督管理办法》(国家安全生产监督管理总局第49号令)精神,进一步规范我省用人单位职业健康监护工作,加强职业健康监护的监督管理,结合我省实际,制定了《山西省用人单位职业健康监护监督管理实施意见》,现予以印发,请认真贯彻落实。
