浙江省与日本枥木县于1993年缔结为友好省县。应浙江方面邀请,日本枥木县企业技术诊断团一行7人,在1994年6月15～17日对浙江省三家企业进行技术诊断,其中石崎哲雄团长,川岛清专务,冲泰特别研究员三位日本专家对杭州色织染整总厂进行企业技术诊断。同年9月日本枥木县寄来了《技术诊断报告书》。对染整厂生产管理提出了精辟的见解和对策措
Zhejiang Province and Japan’s Tochigi Prefecture were established in 1993 as friendly provinces and counties. At the invitation of Zhejiang, a 7-person technical diagnostic group of Tochigi Prefecture in Japan conducted a technical diagnosis of three companies in Zhejiang Province from June 15 to June 17, 1994.
