该文根据会计教育深化改革的要求 ,对 2 1世纪第一个 1 0年我院会计学专业人才培养目标及人才素质进行了探讨 ,通过思考我院会计学专业应具备的特色、社会经济环境、社会需求状况以及会计学专业培养规格的层次性 ,提出了我院会计学专业培养目标应是会计学专业的通用型人才 ,并在此前提下 ,提出了会计学专业人才必备的知识、能力和素质要求.“,”According to the needs for the deepening of reforms in accounting education, the essay inquires into the educational objective and the quality of professionals of the accounting specialty in China Coal Economic College for the first decade of the 21st century. Taking into account the special features, social and economic environment, social needs and various specifications of our accounting professionals, the authors suggest that our accounting professionals should be versatile. Finally, a clear statement is made of the knowledge, ability and quality that are essential to accounting professionals.
