目的研究洁净手术室管理的新方法即关键控制点的应用。方法运用危害分析关键控制点的方法,对洁净手术室内运行中危害因素进行分析判定。结果该医院14间洁净手术室在实施关键控制点措施之前,监测的5个主要项目中,除室内表面之外,其他监测项目合格率均比较低。实施开机时间、静压差和温湿度;门禁管理;手术室内消毒;医疗废物处理;设备维护等5个关键控制点6个月后进行监测,所有监测项目全部合格。结论运用危害因素关键控制点对洁净手术室进行管理,可明显提升洁净手术室空气质量。
Objective To study the application of the new method of clean operation room management, namely the key control point. Methods Using the method of critical control point of hazard analysis, the hazardous factors in clean operation room were analyzed and judged. Results Before the implementation of the critical control point measures in 14 clean operating rooms in the hospital, the qualified rate of other monitoring items was lower than the indoor surface except for the five main items monitored. Implementation of the boot time, static pressure and temperature and humidity; access control; operating room disinfection; medical waste treatment; equipment maintenance and other five key control points after 6 months to monitor all the monitoring projects all qualified. Conclusions The management of clean operating rooms by using key control points of hazardous factors can obviously improve the air quality of clean operating rooms.
