贵刊1996年第1期介绍的“构造柱施工新法”一文(以下简称“新法”),我们看后认为此“法”不妥。其一,不符合施工规范有关构造柱的施工规定,并且不便于施工;其二,需重新验算由于构造柱改变对墙体承载力的影响。按设计规定,配置构造柱,只对墙体作“强度验算”(现应为“承载力”验算),而不对单体构造柱提出“各项承载力要求”。
The article “New Method for Construction of Constructing Pillars” (hereinafter referred to as the “New Law”) introduced in your issue of the first issue of the 1996 edition of the magazine, we think that this “law” is not appropriate. First, it does not comply with construction regulations for construction columns related to construction specifications, and it is not convenient for construction. Second, it is necessary to re-examine the influence of structural columns on the bearing capacity of the wall.
