华龙继2004年与日清合资而一举成为面食行业巨头后,新年又有新举措,2006年2月19日,华龙日清食品有限公司与统一企业(中国)投资有限公司,在北京钓鱼台国宾馆举行了合资签约仪式,并正式宣布今麦郎饮品(北京)有限公司成立。昔日方便面市场的竞争对手在饮品市场举杯言欢,被业内称为2006年“引发轰动的握手”。在新闻发布会上,华龙日清董事长兼总裁范现国先生公布了媒体关注的今麦郎饮品(北京)有限公司股权结构最终签约情况:今麦郎饮品有限公司总投资额18亿元人民币,注册资本6亿元,华龙日清、统一企业各投资3亿元,分别占有50%的股权。同时,范现国将出任该公司董事长职务。今麦郎、日清和统一三大品牌强劲的市场竞争力为今麦郎饮品形成了坚实的后盾。统一将为今麦郎饮品提供全方面的技术支持;华龙日清则提供强大的销售网络,这将为新公司的成功运作打下良好的基础。此外,今麦郎自身的品牌优势也将为饮品的上市提供充分的品牌形象保障。2005年,今麦郎赞助第23届世界大学生夏季运动会中国代表团;同年,今麦郎品牌被评选为“2005CCTV我最喜爱的中国品牌”。
