近年来,随着我国对外开放的广度和深度不断拓展,作为外商直接投资的一个重要方式,外资并购对推动我企业重组和产业结构升级发挥了积极作用。但在此过程中,也出现了个别恶意垄断性并购案,引发了人们对国内产业安全的担忧。深入分析外资并购的发展情况及其影响,对于我们更好地利用国内外两种资源、两个市场,在提高开放型经济水平的同时维护我国产业安全,具有十分重要的意义。
In recent years, with the continuous expansion of China’s opening up to the outside world, and as an important way for foreign direct investment, foreign capital mergers and acquisitions have played a positive role in promoting the reorganization of our company and upgrading the industrial structure. However, during this process, there have also been individual malicious monopolistic mergers and acquisitions that have caused people’s concerns about domestic industry safety. An in-depth analysis of the development of foreign capital mergers and acquisitions and their impact will be of great significance for us to make better use of both domestic and foreign resources and two markets, and to increase the level of open economy while safeguarding China’s industrial security.
