突发事件是转型时期政府管理的新挑战,是公务员日常工作中无法回避的问题,本文就公务员常见的突发事件的主要类型及诱发原因,对公务员应对突发事件能力提出自己粗浅的看法。
Emergencies are the new challenges of government management during the transitional period. They are the unavoidable problems in the daily work of civil servants. This paper puts forward some superficial opinions on the main types of civil servants’ common incidents and their causes.
