教育要面向现代化,教学思想、教学内容、教学手段首先要现代化。因此,要落实“面向21世纪教师继续教育工程”,除了加强教师的教学基本功训练,提高教师学历层次,还应当注意普及教师计算机技能教育,以适应实施教育现代化工程的需要。 近几年,格致中学注意普及教师计算机技能教育,学校计算机室承担了这项培训任务。一方面强化教师培训要求,青年教师的培训面达90％以上,另一方面在教师中建立计算机普及教育的新观念,使每位参加培训的教师都能轻松自如、兴趣盎然地进入计算机应用的大门,成为计算机的主人。我们对这项培训工作,作了一些实践与思考。 一、要使计算机为教学服务,教师必需学会使用计算机。应把计算机看成是一种工具、一种技能、而不是一种专业、一种理论课程。在学习中找准自己的位置,以兴趣为突破口,学以致用最重要。

In recent years, Gezhi High School has paid attention to popularizing teachers’ computer skills education and the school computer room has undertaken this training task. On the one hand, teachers’ training requirements should be strengthened. Young teachers should have more than 90% training. On the other hand, teachers should be encouraged to create a new concept of computer literacy education so that every teacher participating in the training can easily and enthusiastically enter the computer application The door to become the master of the computer. We have made some practices and reflections on this training. First, to make the computer for teaching services, teachers must learn to use the computer. The computer should be seen as a tool, a skill, not a profession, a theory course. Identify your position in learning to interest as a breakthrough, learn to use the most important.
