目的:探讨甲状腺功能对骨代谢的影响。方法:比较278例甲状腺功能亢进(甲亢)患者及300例健康对照者采用放射免疫法(RIA)测定的血FT3、FT4、PINP、BGP、ICTP、B-ALP、DPD。结果:甲亢患者血FT3、FT4、PINP、BGP、ICTP、B-ALP、DPD活性较对照组明显增高(P<0.01),且甲亢患者血FT3、FT4分别与PINP、BGP、ICTP、B-ALP、DPD呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论:甲状腺激素可能直接参与加速骨转换及增加骨吸收,由此导致甲亢患者骨量丢失。
Objective: To investigate the effect of thyroid function on bone metabolism. Methods: Blood FT3, FT4, PINP, BGP, ICTP, B-ALP and DPD were measured by radioimmunoassay (RIA) in 278 hyperthyroid patients and 300 healthy controls. Results: The levels of FT3, FT4, PINP, BGP, ICTP, B-ALP and DPD in hyperthyroidism patients were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.01) , DPD was positively correlated (P <0.01). Conclusion: Thyroid hormones may be directly involved in accelerating bone turnover and increasing bone resorption, resulting in bone loss in patients with hyperthyroidism.
