外国直接投资(FDI)发展 随着国际经济的普遍增长,经济全球化趋势加快,跨国公司对投资信心增强,业务迅速扩展,国际上外国直接投资从1995年起出现热潮,1996年投资又创新纪录,1997年外国直接投资继续发展。外国直接投资额的增长幅度超过世界各国国内生产总值(GDP)的增幅和国际贸易总值的增幅(见表所示)。在经济全球化加快发展的形势下,外国直接投资出现一些特点:
